“Main busy hoon” – sabse zyada use hone wali line hai aaj kal.
Par kya kisi ne socha hai ki busy hone ka matlab khush hona nahi hota?

Self-care luxury nahi hai – zarurat hai.
Yeh samajhna hoga.

Kabhi aisa feel kiya hai ki life bas chal rahi hai? Na kuch naya ho raha hai, na hi koi excitement. Har subah uthke wahi routine, wahi stress, wahi log – aur raat ko sone se pehle ek ajeeb sa khali-pan.

Log kehte the – “Achha kar raha hai yaar, settled life hai.”
Par andar se main tut raha tha.

Kya yeh hi zindagi thi?

Kya issi ka naam ‘success’ hai?


Vo Ek Message Jo Sab Kuch Badal Gaya

Ek din main lunch break mein apne phone pe scroll kar raha tha. Insta, WhatsApp, FB – same boring content. Tabhi ek unknown number se ek message aaya:

"Kab tak dusron ke liye jeeyoge? Kabhi apne liye bhi socha hai?"

Pehle laga spam hai. Ignore kar diya.
Lekin raat ko vo line baar-baar dimag mein ghoom rahi thi.

Us din maine pehli baar khud se poocha:
“Main kis ke liye jee raha hoon?”
“Mere dreams kya the?”
“Mujhe khushi kis cheez mein milti hai?”


Chhoti Shuruaat, Bade Badlav

Agle din se maine chhoti-chhoti cheezein change karni shuru ki:

🧘‍♂️ 1. Subah ki 15 minute ki khamoshi

Koi phone nahi, koi news nahi. Bas main, mera saans, aur ek diary.
Likha – “Main aaj kaisa mehsoos kar raha hoon?”

📵 2. Digital detox – Roz 1 ghanta bina screen ke

Pehle mushkil tha. Par dheere dheere maza aane laga. Khud se connect hona start hua.

Pehli baar suna – Jay Shetty, Gaur Gopal Das, Sandeep Maheshwari. Unki baatein seedha dil ko lagti thi.

☎️ 4. Ek call – har din ek apne insaan ko

Jin logon se saal bhar baat nahi hoti thi, unhe phone kiya. “Bas yaad aayi, socha baat kar loon.”

Zindagi Badal Gayi – Kaise?

Kya job chhod di? Nahi.
Kya pahadon mein chala gaya? Nahi.

Par meri soch badal gayi.

Pehle main bas survive kar raha tha. Ab main live kar raha hoon.
Main khud ko importance dene laga. Jo chhoti baatein ignore karta tha – jaise chai ki khushboo, raat ka chaand, maa ka pyaar – unmein sukoon dhoondhne laga.
